Eye Candy 3.1 HSB Noise

I used the wonderful art Caron Vinson

of You must purchase a licence to use Her art

which can be done Here

Open a 600x600 white image

open the window tube and place as a new layer

open the daisy web mist

place behind the window layer

on the mist layer using your eraser

rub out anything showing out of the window frame

close of your bg layer merge the window and mist

visable duplicate image mirror move them so they are

touching each other merge the layers visable

open the other mist and place behind move the window

up a tad if you want look at my tag for placement

add your tube and a nice drop shadow

i added a couple of butterflies to the frame

add your copy write and name

merge flatten

you can leave it as it is is or you can

animate the water

if your animating

using your magic want

click where the water is in the pond and holding

down your shift key select the area you wish to animate

go to Eye Candy 3.1 HSB Noise

with the following settings

Random speed anything now

click ok

selections select none

copy your tag to animation shop

paste as a new layer

back to psp click undo twice

back to HSB Noice

change the random speed
