I am using the incredibly gorgeous work of
Suzanne Woolcott which you need to purchase a license to use
Open supplies in psp but the stars
Open new image in psp
700x700 white
need it big for now
will resize later
layers new raster layer
open the paper 3 and make it
your bg pattern
flood fill the new layer
layers load save mask from disk
find the gabeemask37
source luminance checked
fit to canvas checked
invert trasnsparency checked
hid all mask checked
load
merge group
now on the middle one i put
verse up to you
bottom on place your tube of choice
top one place the moon in the corner
you might need to resize it to make
it smaller
add your name and copy write
merge visable
paste in to animation shop
open the stars in AS
the stars have 13 frames
so you need to have 13 frames for
your tag duplicate till you have them
click your first fame on your stars
you will get the blue box around it
go to edit select all
edit copy
click on the first frame of your tag
to get the blue box around it
edit select all
right click on your tag and past in to
selected frame
i placed it in the oposite
corner of the moon
change the speed to 50
resize save and your done
