Eye Candy 4000 Jiggle

I used the wonderful art Caron Vinson
of You must purchase a licence to use Her art, which can be done Here open a new image 600x600 white
Pic a light and dark colour from your tube
you are going to use
add a new layer flood fill with the lighter color
add a mask of choice
merge the group
go to effects texture effects
blinds with these settings
width 4
opacity 35
pic your dark color
light from left/top checked
repete but making sure both
Horizontal and Light from left/ top are
checked this time
open the frame and paste
as a new layer
i used the darkest color to change the flowers
the way i did it click on the
change to target icon and color in the flowers
you want changed
once you have done that add a drop shadow

again but H&V -2
open the misted image
using your selection tool
draw out a larger square over the frame center
then copy and paste your misted image
as a new layer position it and then hit your delete key
move below the frame layer
open tube of choice and place adding the
same drop shadow
add your copywrite and Name now
merge flatten
using your magic wand
select the water
go to effects EyeCandy 4000 Jiggle
Settings and select the Subtle Bubbles
default settings
selections none
paste in to As
back to psp click undo twice
back to Jiggle
hit the random
selections none
paste after current frame in As
back to psp click undo twice
back to Jiggle
hit the random speed
selections none
paste after the last frame in As
resize and save
