I used the wonderful art Caron Vinson

open the tube of choice
select a nice colour
place as foreground
background Nil
using your preset shape eclips
width 10
draw our a circle to the size you
would like
still selected
go to objects align center in canvas
convert to raster
duplicate the circle layer
and resize the top layer
85%
close the bg layer and
merge both circle layers visable
Now using the magic wand click inside the center
selections modify expand 2
paste one of the scrap kit backgrounds you would
like as a new layer selections invert
hit your delete key
move this behind the merged circle
do the same with the outer of the circle
now once you have them both done add your tube
add a drop shadow of choice
now before we get to far click on the merged circle layer
and duplicate 2 times for a total of 3
reaname them c1,c2,c3
go to Alien skin Xenofex 2

fill with solid color
the color of the outer ring i used
do the same with the other 2 but
hitting the random speed
each time
Now add any flowers or element placing
on a new layer each time
till you find something you are
happy with
Add your copyrite and your name
do not merge
close off c3 and c2
copy merged paste in to animation shop
back to psp close off c1 and c3 unhide c2
copy merged click on the first frame in animation
shope and paste after
back to psp
close off c1.c2 unhide c3
back to animation shop and click on the
second frame and paste after
resize and save your tag
