open the dreaming_star bg and paste as a new layer
layers load save from disk
monti%20blinds
source Iuminance checked
fit to canvas checked
invert transparency checked
hide all mask checked
load
merge group
open the dreaming moon bg
set it as your foground and background nill
using your preset shapes tool Ellipse
line style solid and width 15
draw out a circle
don't make it bigger than the mask bg
then go to objects align and center
drop shadow
2,2,50,5 black
do it again but changing the H&V -2
hide the mask layer
open the dreaming Noise bg
using your magic wand click in side the
circle and selections modify expand 3
paste the dreaming noise as a new layer
selections invert
hit your delete key
selections none
move this below the circle
layer
unhide your mask layer
close the white bg layer
merge visable
you might need to resize it smaller if
it is 2 big depending on your tube
i resized by 85%
open your tube you would like to use
and place add the same drop shadow
open the word art sweet dreams
place to your liking add a drop shadow
move this behind the tube layer
using your lasso tool i grabbed the yellow
stars and put them in the circle
add a drop shadow
open the dreaming tag and place on the side
image rotate free left 25
drop shadow
open the dreaming dangle and place on top of the
dreaming tag
drop shadow
open the bow and place at the top
drop shadow
add your name and copywrite
merge flatten
paste the tag in to AS
back to psp open the zzz
place them as a new layer
using your eraser rub out the top2
copy merged to AS place after current frame
back to psp undo the errased ZZZ now just rub
out the top one copy merged back to AS
paste after the last frame
back to psp undo the rubbed out last Z and copy
merged to AS paste after current frame
set the speed at 50 for all frames
save and your done
