Open a new image 600 x 600 white
Copy the blue brush layer on to the
bg
Open the beach frame and paste as a new
layer over the brush layer
Hide the bg and brush layer
Back on to the frame layer
with your magic wand click in
in the center of the frame layer
selections Modify expand 4
Open the beach bg
paste as a new layer
Place to where you would like it
selections invert
hit your delete key
selections select none
move this below the frame layer
you can un hide the mask and bg layer
On your frame layer
add a drop shadow

past the beach word and the babe word
where you would like them
same drop shadow to both of them
open your tube of choice
add the same drop shadow
Open the sand paste it as a new layer
move it below the beach bg layer
i duplicated the sand layer and moved
it over a bit
now you can place the
ball
starfish
crab
flip flops
and bow
where ever
add same drop shadows
add Copyright & name.
Resize to your liking and
Merge All Flatten
