Open New Image 600x600 black
copy the frame layer
paste as a new layer
Duplicate it twice so you have
3 of them
on your original
image rotate free 25 right
second layer image rotate 25 left
leave the top layer
eye candy 3.1 glow
with the following settings
for all the frame layers
width 8
opacity 100
fat
white
Using your selection tool
select one screw
Paste it as a new layer
place top left corner of frame
drop shadow

Paste the roses as a new layer

paste your tube as a new layer

all layers not checked

add drop shadow

place on the chain of the tag
