I used the wonderful art Dean Yeagle

add a new layer open one of the backgrounds of
choice and flood fill the new layer with it
apply a mask of choice
open the window and place add
a drop shadow
2,2,50,5,black
again but changing the
H&V-2
open up the 2 kits and use what ever
you would like adding a drop shadow
to everything
add your tube
copy write and Name
do not merge yet
Close off your mask ,bg and window layer
with out moving anything merge the other layers visable
hide that layer
merge the bg , window and mask layer visable
you should now have 2 layers
copy the mask bg and window
layer in to AS
You need to duplicate your frame so you
have a total of 10 frames
Open the Snow in animation shop
click on of the animations to get the blue
box around it go to
edit select all
edit copy
Click on the first frame of your tag
to get the blue box around it
edit select all
Right click on your tag and paste in to
Selected frame
I placed the snow on the window
back to psp click on the other layer and copy to AS
you need to duplicate so you have 10 frames
click on of the first frame to get the blue
box around it go to
edit select all
edit copy
Click on the first frame of your tag
to get the blue box around it
edit select all
Right click on your tag and paste in to
Selected frame
Resize and save
