This scrapkit is what is known as a taggers pack as the images are resized for psp and they are all on separate layers

Open a new image 600x600 pixels transparent and then flood fill with white

Now open up paper 8
edit copy and paste to your white image as a new layer
now go to image resize and resize the paper by 90% smart size all layers unticked
now copy and paste paper 2 on top and resize down to 85%
once you have done the resize go to image free rotate change the setting to 22 degrees free rotate to the left all layers unticked rotate single layer ticked
then open the render 2 lace image paste as a new layer on top of your others and resize it to 90% all layers unticked
once u have done that open the frame copy and paste as new layer resize by 95%

ok once you have your frame in place close off all layers but the frame
then go to magic wand click inside your frame up to selections and modify expand by 11
now open your choice of image and resize all layers ticked smart size and paste as new layer
move your image into place then selections invert hit delete on your keyboard
then layers arrange and move under the frame layer
then merge visible on image and the frame

Then bring back your other layers click on to the lace one and free rotate by 22 to the right
Now we see we need to bring in the sizes of the papers to suit so click on each layer and resize them and u can resize by 90% on each one including lace frame
Now once you have them resized to suit open the flower in scrapkit resize by 55%
paste on to top right corner
then open the two ribbons and resize by 50% and paste them on and then bring the flower to the top so it covers the top of the 2 ribbons
now on the bottom i used the other colour flower resized to 35%

Now we will inner bevel
Click on to each layer of your paper and use the effects inner bevel with these settings
bevel shape 2 width 4

smoothness 25 depth 10 ambience 60 shiniess 46 angle 315 intensity 18 elevation 64 colour white

and do that on all paper layers and lace layer

Now up to image and resize all layers ticked down to 90%
then close off your white layer and merge visible on the other layers
move your merged layers into place and you are now ready to add a new raster for credits and watermark then new layer for your font once finished merge all layers flatten and save as a JPEG
