I have included the font I used BabyBlocks, Elements made by myself using Patterns in my psp folder Mask I am unsure of the creator. I would be happy to give credit if you know the creator of the mask I used

You will need your own art tube for this Tutorial

I am using the gorgeous artwork of Elias Chatzoudis you may purchase his art from MPT

This one is a little fiddly LOL

Open a New Transparent Image 600 x 600 pixels and flood fill with white and then copy and paste the Gem Mask as a new layer

Open the Gem Heart in PSP and open the Gem heart fill and copy and paste the fill into the heart and arrange the layer so the fill is under the heart frame

Using your selection tool set on Magic Wand click inside the heart frame up to Selections Modify and expand by 5

Now using the tube you wish to use resized to suit the frame copy and paste the tube into the heart then go to Selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard this takes any excess away now go to layers and lower the opacity on your tube to around 50% up to Selections again and select none

Up to layers and merge visible now copy and paste this heart to your main Tag and place on left hand side

Back now to your heart and click your undo button until you get back to before you pasted the tube in now repaste the tube and go to image mirror and then selections invert and delete on your keyboard then selections none.

Up to Layers merge visible and then copy and paste the merged image to your main tag next to the other one move them so they over lap a little

Then copy and paste the bow as a new layer once you have them in place close down your mask layer and your white background layer merge visible on the others then to Image resize by 85% smart size all layers unticked

Bring back your white layer and your mask and you are now ready to add your art tube and position where you wish I added a drop shadow which is effects 3 d drop shadow with these settings'

V-2 H2 Opacity 55 Blur 5 Colour Black shadow on new layer unticked

Once you are happy with everything up to image resize by 90% smart size all layers ticked.

You are now ready to add a new layer for your credits and then a new layer for your font and add the same dropshadow as on your tube. I set my font at 48 Antialias at sharp Strokewidth1

Now if you wish to animate I just used add noise at 20% and then redid with add noise at 23%

Click on your font layer up to adjust add noise at 20%
