Plugin Filter Required VM Distortion

You can download the complete set of VM Filters for free at this site HERE

Open a new transparent image size 500 x500 pixels

Open your art tube edit copy and paste as a new layer to your transparent image.

Up to Effects and choose Distortion effects Twirl at 720

Up to Effects again and choose the VM Distortion Plugin set on small pox filter use the default settings.

Now to Adjust Blur motion blur  angle320 and 45%

Apply motion blur again angle 70 and 45%

Apply VM Distortion filter again with the same settings as first used

Now Up to Effects Texture Effects Blinds

width 3 opacity 30 colour white Horizontal ticked light from left/top ticked then Layers Duplicate then close off Raster 1 and merge visible on the two twirled images

On your layer palette click to resize the effect layer to 75%

Add a drop shadow 1 1 70 4 Colour Black

Now copy and paste the art tube back on to the blurred layer bringing the art tube layer to the top

Add your word art tube

Layers merge visible Now Resize the tag to 450 pixels all layers unticked

Layers merge flatten

Add a new raster layer and now add your artist copyrights

Layers merge flatten

New Raster Layer and you are now ready to add your own watermark

Layers merge flatten

Add a new raster layer and now you can add your fonts

Layers Merge Flatten save as a JPEG
