Lets Get Started

Open a new transparent image 650x650 pixels and then flood fill with white

Copy and Paste the Mask as a new layer move to centre of Image

Copy and Paste the SS Frame 1 as a new layer

Using your selection tool set on Magic wand click into the centre of the frame go up to selections/modify expand by 31

Copy and Paste the SS Paper 8 as a new layer up to selections invert then hit delete on your keyboard then arrange the layer so it is under the frame layer

Now activate the SS Frame layer again and up to selections modify expand by 5 now copy and paste your chosen tube or image as a new layer then up to Selections invert hit delete on your keyboard.

Once you are happy with the tube image close off your white background and the mask layer and merge visible on the frame and other layers

Bring back your white image and your mask image and close off your merged layer for the moment

Now copy and Paste the SS Doodle 3 as a new layer then up to layers duplicate then image mirror so you have one on each side now bring back your merged group so you can move both the doodles into place

Once you are happy copy and paste the SS bow and then the flower moving them to your liking

Now I added a drop shadow to the doodle layers of V2H-2 Opacity 50 Blur 3.00 colour black shadow on new layer unticked

Once you are happy with all the elements etc close off the white layer and merge visible on the rest Up to Image and resize by 85% smart size all layers ticked

Now you are ready to add your artist credits and watermark

Then a new layer for your font I have used the font Adine which I have included in the supplies.

You are now finished remember to save as a PSP Image if you wish to remake for others and save your own tag as a JPEG
