Lets Get Started

Open a new transparent image 520 x520 pixels and then flood fill with white

You need to work quite close to the top of your white image

Copy and paste the Gem mask as a new layer

Copy and paste the Gem circle as a new layer

Copy and Paste the Gem flower circle as a new layer

Now copy and paste the Mod flower 3 as a new layer up to Layers and duplicate then to Image Mirror and then Image flip and move to the bottom of your tag.

Now copy and paste the SwtMeloDe tube as a new layer and move her to centre of your working image

Now copy and paste the Gem Heart up to Layers duplicate then to image mirror so you have one on each side

Then copy and paste the bow as a new layer up to layers duplicate image mirror

You will have to check your layers bringing them to the top as needed

Now copy and paste the butterfly and place where you like it

Once you have everything in place

Add your Artist Credits and your Tagger Credits to the tag

Now add your Name

If you do not wish to animate you are now ready to save your tag

I have made the animation circle for you

Ok Animation

First off close all layers except the white background the mask your name and your credits merge these layers

Edit copy and paste to animation shop as a new image

Open The Gem animated circle

You need to duplicate your white image with mask etc to make 3

Now back to PSP close off the white layer the mask layer the credits and your name

Merge visible on all other layers edit copy and paste into animation as a new image and duplicate to 3 images

Make sure you bring all images to number 1

Click on the Gem circle edit select all copy

Click on your white layer edit select all paste into selected frame now you need to move it exactly on top of the mask

Now click on your merged layers of the tube and flowers etc

Edit select all copy then click on to your white image with the animated mask on

Edit select all paste into selected frame make sure you get her exactly on the animated mask image

Now up to Animation  animation properties change from transparent to opaque colour white click ok

Now View and view animation you are now ready to save as gif File
