Lets Get Started

Open a new Transparent image 550x550 pixels and flood fill with white.

Copy and Paste the Gem Mask as a new layer

Copy and paste the Gem circle frame as a new layer

Copy and paste the Gem word art as a new layer

Now up to image and resize the Mask the Frame The Word art by 90% bicubic all layers unticked

Now you will find two tubes I have worked on or you may work on the full tube I have included

If using mine copy and paste the Thierry Bottom tube you need her under the frame circle

Now copy and paste the Top tube and move into place over the bottom tube see my tag above for placement

Now copy and paste the monti flag

Now add your credits and then a new layer for your name once you are happy with everything up to Image and resize by 95% smart size all layers ticked

If you do not wish to animate you are now finished

Animation

Close off your white Image and your mask layer

Merge visible on all other layers edit copy and paste the merged layer into animation shop as a new image you need to duplicate them to 14 images to match the animation

Bring back your white image and your mask image with all other layers closed merge visible edit copy and paste into animation shop as a new animation duplicate to 14 layers

Now the tricky part LOL

Open the animated boat you need to move the boat on to the mask image as below

Once you have the boat in place click on your merged layers (Frame Tube Name Etc) edit select all paste into selected frame place them as you would have them in psp as the full image

Now once you have them in place click onto the tag up to edit select all now to animation frame properties set the frame speed to 25

Now up to animation again and set the animation properties to opaque colour white

Now up to view view animation and then you are ready to save as a gif
