Open a new transparent image 600x600 pixels flood fill with white

Open the Gem mask paste as a new layer

Now open the single frame and paste as a new layer

Copy and paste the Bottom Tube Layer as a new layer and layers arrange move it under the frame

Now copy and paste the top tube as a new layer and place on top of the bottom layer layers arrange and bring to the top so she sits above the frame

Now copy and paste the Bling doodle I coloured to the left then layers duplicate then image mirror so you have on both sides make sure you arrange your layers so they are slightly under the frame

Now add your elements where you wish them to be see my tag above

I added a drop shadow of V2H-2 Opacity 50 Blur 4 Colour Black to each element and the frame

Now once you are happy with your placement close off your white background and merge visible layers on the rest up to image and resize by 90 to 85% bicubic all layers unticked

Then resize your image again by 90% smart size all layers ticked

You are now ready to add your credits and your name
