Lets Get Started

Open a new transparent image 530x530 pixels and then flood fill it with white

Copy and paste the Gem Mask you can use which ever colour you prefer

Copy and Paste the Frame as a new layer on to the mask

Copy and paste the heart and arrange so it is under the frame then copy and paste the tube and layers arrange so it is under the frame and heart

Then copy and paste the doodle to the top and then go to layers and duplicate it then to image mirror and then flip so you have it down the bottom left corner

Add a dropshadow of V2 H-2 opacity 60 blur 5 colour black to the tube and the doodles

Once you are happy with the placements close off your white background layer and and merge visible on the others. Up to image resize by 95% bicubic all layers unticked

Now copy and paste the diamonds and then up to layers duplicate and then to image mirror so you have them on both sides they will be under the mask layer

Now up to image and resize by 95% smartsize all layers ticked

You are now ready to add your credits and name if you do not wish to animate you have finished your tag

Animation

You can either use noise from psp adjust or dsb flux bright noise if you use dsb flux I recommend setting of 35 on mix 1 set at 35 into animation shop back to psp don't undo hit your noise again into animation shop and then back to psp and hit noise again and into animation shop (remember to merge each layer before going to animation shop)

If you are using noise

Click on your doodle layers and your name adjust add noise 25% uniform monochrome unticked layers merged flatten paste into animation shop as a new image

Back to psp undo and now change the noise to 23% layers merge edit copy paste into animation shop after current frame

Back to psp undo and now set your level to 21% repeat all as above

In animation shop click on animation animation properties change to opaque colour white

Now up to view view animation and you are ready to save as a gif
