Supplies HERE

We are using the stunning artwork of Nick Delgaris

 

Open a new transparent image 500x300

Flood fill with white

Add a new layer Now make your foreground and background colour palettes both black then click your foreground to gradient Style 1st box clicked angle 358 repeats 0 invert ticked

Now fill the new raster layer with that colour

Now copy and paste the misted image I recoloured as a new layer change the opacity on this layer to 38 normal

Now add a new raster layer change your colour palettes to both#505199 and then tick for gradient on your foreground palette with the same settings as above on the black layer now up to effects and use Texture Blinds colour black width 2 opacity 20 Horizontal and light left from left top both ticked click ok change the opacity down to 40 and set to lighten

Now add your wolf tube to the left hand side I have resized to suit change the opacity down to 80 and set at hard light

Now add the Delgaris Tube as a new layer make sure she is the top layer of your image

Once you have moved everything into place Go up to Image add border colour black size 12

Now click on your selection tool magic wand and click into the border you have just created. Add (shiftMode) RGBValue Tolerance 0 Contignous ticked feather 0 antialias ticked outside

 change your colour palettes back to the black as a gradient and fill the section on the frame that is now surrounded in marching ants, while still selected up to Effects 3d Inner bevel

While still selected up to effects 3d drop shadow if you wish

V2 H-2 opacity 60 Blur 5.00 Colour Black

Now you are ready to add your credits if using this tag in a msn group do not add the Url

I used Hogarth SCRD font added the same drop shadow above and then used EyeCandy4 Graident Glow on white thin

You may like to make your frame in the black instead of blue it looks awesome on white pages in msn
