Lets Get Started

Open a new transparent image 550x550 pixels and then flood fill with white

Open the Mask layer copy and paste as a new layer and then up to layers duplicate so you can make the mask longer in length don't worry if a middle line shows we are covering it with the frame

Open the Frame copy and paste as a new layer add a drop shadow of H2V2 opacity 55 blur 5.00

Now using your selection tool set on rectangle draw out the middle of the frame

Open your Suzanne Image and resize by 90% smart size copy and paste on to your activate frame up to selections modify invert and hit delete on your keyboard selections none and move the layer under the frame

Close off your white layer and mask layer merge visible on your frame and image

Now copy and paste the Yez Doodle as a new layer (Ihave dropshadowed already) layers duplicate image mirror to have one on each side you will need to bring your frame layer up so the doodles are sitting under the frame.

Open the word art up you will need to resize this down to 12% smart size add a dropshadow of H2V2 opacity 55 blur 5.00 colour black

Now copy and paste the Heart accent as my tag above

Once you are happy with everything close off your white layer merge visible and resize by 95% smart size all layers unticked

Bring back your white layer and resize by 95% all layers ticked

You are now ready to add your credits and your font
