Lets get started

Open a new transparent image 600x600 pixels and then flood fill with white

Copy and paste the Gem mask as a new layer

Now click on your preset shapes and go to eclipse and make sure it is set on circle and with these settings on your top tool bar

Show Nodes ticked Create on vector ticked line style solid line and width 18.00

Now in your materials palette turn off your background fill colour open the SS Paper 2 and change your foreground pattern to the pattern you have opened Now draw out your circle make it approx 200 in radius Once you are happy with the circle layer on your layer palette click convert to raster and then add a drop shadow of

V and H 0 colour black opacity 55 blur 5.00

Now click into your circle with your magic wand set on add shift tolerance 0 and then up to selections modify expand by 4

Open the SS paper 5 and copy and paste as a new layer up to selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard up to selections and select none

Now copy and paste your tube as a new layer layer to the top add the same drop shadow to the tube

Don't worry about the little over hang as we will cover with flowers

Open the SS flowers black and white and resize them both to 60% smartsize all layers unticked copy and paste one of each on to your image make sure you bring both layers to the top add the same drop shadow to each flower and then click on each flower to duplicate them as on my tag above You need 3 Black and 3 white

Open the SS Bow and resize by 50% twice copy and paste as a new image then layers duplicate up to image and mirror this gives you one on each side add the dropshadow to them both

Once you are happy with placements close off your white layer and merge visible on the other layers

Open the SS Floral accent resize to 70% all layers unticked and paste as new layer and move down under your merged image then layers duplicate image mirror to place one on the other side you will need to move them around so you can see them as on my tag above

Once you are happy again  close of your white layer merge visible layers and then up to image and resize to 95% smart size all layers unticked bring back your white layer

Now up to image and resize to 90% all layers ticked

Now copy and paste the Gem word art as a new layer and you are now ready to add your credits and Name

I used Easy Street and then added a gradient glow with Eye Candy 4 settings I used were

Colour Fat white

widht 4.68 soft corner 25 Opacity 100 draw outside selection ticked
