Lets Get Started Open a new transparent image 600x600 pixels and then flood fill with white

Copy and paste the Beads as a new layer then copy and paste the the BC Green Background then copy and paste the image I have included On your layer palette change the opacity of the Green background to 91 and change to darken

On the scenery image change the layer to overlay

Now copy and paste the BC Frame

If you are using the same image as I have you now need to copy and paste your tube as a new layer and then duplicate the tube and arrange the duplicate to be above the frame but exactly on top of the first tube image

You will then need to use your eraser tool to rub out any parts of the tube that are hanging out

Now copy and paste the Flowers and the butterfly as on my tag above. I have already drop shadowed all the elements for you

Once you are happy with your placements close off your white background layer and merge visible on the rest and resize to 95% smart size all layers unticked

Then bring back your white layer and then resize by 90% all layers ticked

Now you are ready to place your credits and your name

I used Gardenia Font which you can google for it is a free font
