>Using your selection tool set to rectangle select inner part of the frame like below:

>Goto adjust>Brightness and contrast>Brightness/Contrast>Set brightness to 26 and your contrast to -19>Click ok.>Selections>Select none.

>Copy and paste your tag into animation shop.

>Back in psp undo the brightness and contrast and undo your selection.>Select the second frame with your rectangle selection tool, and use the same settings again with the brightness and contrast>Click ok>Selections>Select none.

>Now Copy and paste after current frame in animation shop.

>Follow the same steps for all of your images.

>When done Change your frame properties of your animated tag to 20.

>View your animated tag and save.
