Lets Get Started

File New 600 x 600
Floodfill with white
Choose a frame of choice
Copy and paste your frame as a new layer
Resize and add a drop shadow of choice
Take your selection tool and draw
out around your frame.
Choose a paper of choice
copy and paste it as a new layer
Go to selections/invert and hit delete
Select none.

Back to your frame layer,
Select your selection tool again as before and draw
a selection around your frame.
Chose a tube of choice.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
and place it where it looks best in your frame
Go to selections/Invert  and hit delete.
Select none.
On your tube layer lower the opacity of it to 36.
Duplicate your tube and go to image/mirror.
Make sure your tube layers are under your frame layer.

Take your Main tube
copy and paste it as a new layer.
Place it on the top of your frame in the center like mine.
Add a drop shadow if you wish.

Add any doodles you want to make your image look good
Add any drop shadows if nessicary.

Add your name and copyrights.

If you choose not to animate just save as a Jpeg and your done !

Animate

Go to your background layer and Duplicate it 2 times
for a total of 3 frames.

Click on your first frame and go to
EyeCandy 400/HSB Noise
Settings:
Hue Variation: 2
Saturation Variation: 25
Brightness Variation: 25
Opacity Variation: 0
Lump Width(pixels): 25
Lump Height (pixels): 25
Pattern: Smooth Lumps
Seamless Tile Checked
Click ok

Go to your second frame and repeat HSB Noise
But this time hit the random seed button.
Repeat the same step for your 3 frame.

Hide frame 2 and 3 and merge frame 1 visible.
merge to animation shop as a new animation.
Back to PSP Unmerge and Hide frame 1.
unhide frame 2 Merge Visible/ copy and go to animation shop and paste after current frame.
Repeat These steps for the 3rd frame.

Save You animation as a GIF and your Done !
