BARBECUE STYLE TURKEY THIGHS IN THE CROCKPOT
1/2 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon quick cooking tapioca 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper 2-1/2 pounds turkey thighs skinned Hot cooked rice or noodles Combine ketchup, brown sugar, tapioca, vinegar, Worcestershire, cinnamon, and red pepper. Place mixture in crock pot then place turkey meaty side down. Cover and cook on low setting for 12 hours. Serve turkey and sauce over hot cooked rice or noodles.
