ZUCCHINI CHEESE CASSEROLE 3 cups zucchini thin sliced 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese 1 cup milk 3 beaten eggs 1/2 cup melted butter 1 teaspoon salt 1-1/2 cups cracker crumbs Alternate zucchini and cheese in layers in buttered 2 quart casserole. Combine milk, eggs, butter and salt and pour over zucchini and cheese. Put cracker crumbs on top then bake uncovered at 325 for 35 minutes.
