BERRY AND OATS CRUMB DESSERT
2 cups quick cooking oats uncooked
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup flour
3/4 cup butter melted
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups fresh blueberries
Mix oats, brown sugar and flour then add butter and mix well.
Spread mixture into square pan setting 1 cup aside for topping.
Combine flour, salt, sugar, water, lemon juice and blueberries in
saucepan.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour over oat mixture and sprinkle with remaining mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350.
