In a medium skillet, stir 1/2 cup chopped pecans over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or till lightly toasted. Stir in 3/4 cup caramel ice cream topping and remove from heat.
Serve immediately or reheat slightly before serving.
Makes 1 cup
Serve on brownies with vanilla ice cream. Pair sauce with hot fudge sauce to create a sundae. Serve over slices of chocolate cake or cheesecake.
