French Dip Sandwiches
2-3 pound rump roast
2 cans beef consommé
4-6 hoagie buns
Place roast in greased crock pot.
Pour consommé over top of roast.
Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or on high for 5-7 hours.
Remove roast and save extra juice.
With fork, break meat apart and serve on hoagie buns.
Use excess juice for dipping sandwiches.
