Strawberry Cream Cheese Bread

1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup mashed strawberries
1/3 cup cream cheese
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oatmeal
1-1/2 cups bread flour
1-1/2 tsp. active dry yeast

Follow your ABM mfg.'s directions for preparation of this type of bread.

Raspberry Marshmallow Bread

1 pkg yeast
2 3/4 c bread flour
2 tbsp gluten
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/2 c mini marshmallows
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
2/3 c water
1/2 cup raspberry syrup
10 oz Frozen red raspberries, defrosted

Place the first 9 ingredients into the pan in the order listed.
Select sweet bread and push start.  Add the reserved, well-drained
raspberries (2/3 cups) when the breadmaker beeps.

Raspberry Bread (ABM)
Actually, you can use any berries or any syrup in this recipe.

For a 1-lb. loaf:

2/3 c. raspberries
1 Tbs. vegetable oil
2 1/2 Tbs. raspberry syrup
1/3 tsp. salt
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. bread flour
1 tsp. yeast.
1/4 c. walnuts or pecans (optional)

For a 1 1/2-lb. loaf:

1 c. raspberries
1 1/2 Tbs. vegetable oil
3 3/4 Tbs. raspberry syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
1/3 c. walnuts or pecans (optional)

For a 2-lb. loaf:

1 1/3 c. raspberries
2 Tbs. vegetable oil
5 Tbs. raspberry syrup
2/3 tsp. salt
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. bread flour
2 tsp. yeast
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans (optional)

Follow your ABM manufacturer's instructions for Sweet Bread. If using nuts, add when your manufacturer says to add raisins in raisin bread.

Tangy Cranberry Bread
 
--------- REGULAR LOAF ---------
3/4 cup cranberry juice

2 tbsp. orange marmalade
1 tsp. fast rise yeast OR 2 tsp. active dry yeast
 
--------- LARGE LOAF ---------
1 1/4 cup cranberry juice
3 cups white bread flour
2 tbsp. dry milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 cup cranberries, dried
3 tbsp. orange marmalade
2 tsp. fast rise yeast OR 3 tsp. active dry yeast
 
 
Add ingredients in order recommended by manufacturer of your machine. This recipe can be baked with "regula" or "delayed" baking cycles.
 
"SUCCESS HINTS: Place dried cranberries away from water if baking on "delayed" time cycle

Cranberry Nut Bread

4 oz orange juice
1/4 cup butter
1 large egg
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp grated orange peel
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup coarsely chopped cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Measure orange juice,
butter and egg into the bread pan.  In a medium mixing bowl, combine
remaining ingredients except cranberries and nuts. Add this mixture
to the bread pan.  Then add the cranberries and nuts. Set on the
setting for quick breads.

CRANBERRY YEAST BREAD

2 pound loaf 

1 cup water + 3 Tbsp, (70º-80º F)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
3 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk powder
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
3½ cups bread flour
2½ teaspoons active dry yeast
¾ cup dried cranberries
1 tablespoon grated orange peel

In bread machine pan, place the first 7 ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting.
Choose crust color and loaf size.
Bake according to bread machine directions.
Just before final kneading (at fruit/nut signal), add cranberries and orange peel.
Do not use delay timer.

1/2 tbsp yeast
2 1/4 cup bread flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
1 tbsp milk, powdered
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp oil
1 1/8 cup water
1 cup cranberries

Bring ingredients except cranberries to room temp and add to machine,
in order. Set darkness control to 10 o'clock. Select "white bread"
and press Start. Add cranberries at beep, 88 minutes into cycle.

1 1/2 teaspoons finely shredded orange peel
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
1/2 cup coarsely chopped hazelnuts
2 teaspoons bread machine yeast


1 lb-POUND LOAF

1/3 cup water
1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups bread flour
1/3 cup coarsely chopped hazelnuts
1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by
manufacturer, adding cranberry sauce and orange peel with water,
and nuts with flour.

Recommended cycle: Basic/white bread cycle; light or medium/normal

Cranberry Orange Bread

2/3 cup orange juice concentrate
1 cup water
2 Tbs honey
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups bread flour 
2 tsp yeast
1/2 cup finely chopped cranberries

Add ingredients to the bread machine pan in the order recommended
by the manufacturer. Add cranberries at the tone indicating the
end of the raisin/mix cycle.

is 2 lb, moderate texture, medium brown color

Cranberry applesauce bread--Shirley


Ingredients

2 tsp Yeast
1 1/3 cup Cranapple sauce
2 tbsp Margarine
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
3 cup Bread flour
2 1/2 tsp Yeast
CRANAPPLESAUCE
1 1/4 cup Cranberries
4 Golden delicious apples*
1 tsp Ginger root
1/4 tsp Cinnamom
1/2 tsp Grated zest of lemon
1/2 cup Sugar +
2 tbsp Water


Directions
  1. Put all in machine sweet bread cycle if you have it.
  2. Cranapplesauce *peeled and diced (½ inch) put water and sugar in a lg heavy saucepan and place over high heat.
  3. Cook stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Add apples cover stir frequently cook 5 minutes then add cranberries cook 15 to 20 minutes till cranberries pop and apples are soft then mash with potato masher will still be slightly lumpy add spices and zest cook another 5 minutes for flavor to blend.
  5. Cool for putting in the bread, sauce will keep in fridge for 3 days makes 3 cups also can be served warm with dinner

Cranberry Pumpkin Bread

3/4 c water
2/3 c canned pumpkin
3 T sugar
2 T oil
2 c bread flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c sweetened dried cranberries
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1 3/4 tsp bread machine dry yeast or active dry yeast

Follow manufacturer's directions for loading ingredients in machine. Measure ingredients carefully.

Select basic white or whole wheat cycle and follow manufacturer's directions for starting machine.

High altitude (above 3500 feet): decrease yeast to 1 1/4 tsp and then continue as above.
