Pepper Corn Bread (ABM)
1 1/2 Pound Loaf
9 ounces water
3 1/3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons dry milk
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 teaspoons seasoned pepper
1/3 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast, fast rise or 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer.
This recipe can be baked using the regular, rapid or delayed time
bake cycle.
