Banana Brunch Punch recipe 6 medium ripe bananas 1 (12 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed 3 cups warm water, divided 2 cups sugar, divided 1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice 3 bottles (2 liters each) lemon-lime soda Orange slices, optional In a blender or food processor, blend bananas, orange juice and lemonade until smooth. Remove half of the mixture and set aside. Add 1 1/2 cups of warm water and 1 cup sugar to mixture in blender; blend until smooth. Place in a large freezer container. Repeat with remaining banana mixture, water sugar; add to container. Cover and freeze until solid. One hour before serving, take punch base out of freezer. Just before serving, place in a large punch bowl. Add pineapple juice and soda; stir until well blended. Garnish with orange slices if desired. | |

Raspberry Sunrise Smoothie Recipe - 2 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1 cup raspberry sherbet
Pour all liquid ingredients into the blender. Add all frozen ingredients. Blend at MIX setting for 30 seconds then blend at SMOOTH setting until smooth. While the machine is running, move the stir stick around counter-clockwise to aid mixing. Serve immediately. Each recipe serves 3-5. | |

Banana Breakfast Shake
1 1/2 cups fat free skim or 1% lowfat milk 1 peeled and sliced medium banana, frozen 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, optional cinnamon for garnish, optional In a blender container, combine all ingredients, except cinnamon. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds. Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, if desired. | |

Morning Glory Fruit Shake 2 cups sliced bananas 2 cups sliced strawberries 2 cups chopped pineapple 1 cup chopped peeled apples 1/2 cup ice cubes 1 tsp honey In a blender, combine bananas, strawberries, pineapple, apples, ice cubes and honey. Puree on high speed until smooth. | |
