Lemon Cheese Dessert
First Layer:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Mix and press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Cool.
Second Layer:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Beat well and spread on first layer
Third Layer:
- 2 packages (3 oz. each) lemon instant pudding
Use only 3 cups milk in making pudding. When thick, spread over second layer.
Fourth Layer:
Spread 1 cup Cool Whip over third layer. Sprinkle with mixture of chopped nuts and coconut, if desired. Refrigerate.
