Mix the sugar,brown sugar,butter,honey, and evaporated milk in a saucepan. Heat on medium, stirring constantly until the mixture boils. Continue stirring and boil for about 7 min. or until a small amount dropped into a glass of cool water forms a soft ball. Place the saucepan in a dish of cold water to cool slightly. Add the vanilla extract and beat until creamy. Spread into a 7x7 pan sprayed with a little pam,allow the fudge to cool overnight.cut and eat.

Beat until thick. Add nuts and turn onto a buttered plate. Let stand until cool enough to handle, then knead for five minutes. Shape into 2 rolls about 2 inches in diameter. Wrap in wax paper and store in a cool place until ready to serve.
