Chinese Noodle Cookies ----Jolene 12oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
12oz butterscotch chips
11oz can of lightly salted peanuts
3oz Chinese noodles (broken)
Sprinkles
Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in a double boiler. Add nuts and noodles and stir until coated.
Drop a teaspoon sized daub into a mini-size paper baking cups or onto wax paper.
Sprinkle with sprinkles. Place into freezer until they setup. Store in ziplock bag in freezer.
