Shrimp Pizza lindah
4 - 8" flour tortillas Creamy French Salad Dressing Mozzarella Cheese, grated 1 pound cooked meat (I used frozen cooked shrimp which I had thawed, but you could use chopped cooked chicken, ham, ground beef, or sausage) 4 stalks green onions, chopped Parmesan cheese, grated Parsley, chopped.
"Pam" a cooking sheet which will hold all four tortillas without over-lapping. Lay out tortillas. Spread Creamy French Salad Dressing on each tortilla, followed by the grated mozzarella, evenly distributed. Then, the cooked meat and green onions. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and parsley over tops.
Bake in 400 degrees oven for about 15 minutes, then turn on broil until the tortillas brown around the edges. That's it !!! Enjoy. Serves two. |
