Single Serving Hot Cocoa

2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
1 tbsp. Cocoa
2 cups milk (2%)
1 tsp vanilla
 
Combine the sugar and cocoa in a large mug. Add a little milk to make the mixture moist. Mix remaining milk into mug. Place in the microwave for 1 minute on high. Stir. Then heat for 30 second intrivals until desired heat. Add vanilla and enjoy!

Serves 1

Frosty Pink Punch recipe

 

1/2 cup fine granulated sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 pint raspberry sherbet
1 cup orange juice
2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
28 ounces ginger ale, chilled

Combine first four ingredients in punch bowl or large pitcher and stir until sugar is dissolved. Spoon in sherbet. Pour ginger ale over all.

Serve with ice (if desired).

Servings: 3

Fill 6 ounce glass 3/4 full with apple cider. Add

according to taste orange or cranberry juice. Add 1/2 teaspoon

lemon or lime juice.

Banana Pina Colada Smoothie
1/2 c. chilled skim milk
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
1/4 ripe banana, peeled & frozen
1/4 c. pineapple chunks, frozen
2-3 ice cubes
In blender combine milk and extract with blender running. Add banana and pineapple. Add ice cubes, one at a time. Blend until smooth.
Makes 1 serving.

Key Lime-Banana Smoothie

It's smooth sailing with tropical beverages for two. Being ready in 10

minutes makes them that much better.



Prep Time:10 min

Start to Finish:10 min

Makes:2 servings (1 cup each)



1 container (6 ounces) Yoplait® Original Key lime pie low-fat yogurt

1 ripe banana, sliced

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/4 teaspoon dry lemon lime-flavored soft drink mix (from 0.13-ounce

package)

1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt



1. Place all ingredients except frozen yogurt in blender. Cover and

blend on high speed until smooth.

2. Add frozen yogurt. Cover and blend until smooth.

High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No changes.
