Raspberry Velvet Melange( almost like sorbet)
1 6oz pkg raspberry jello
2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
3/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup chocolate syrup for top and raspberries for garnish
In a large bowl combine jello and boiling water. Stir until completely desolved. Add cold water and stir, 1/2 cup chocolate syrup and whipping cream. Stir well and cover and chill for 1 hour or until cool but not set. Pour into a 1 or 2 qt ice cream maker and follow manufacturers directions.
Top with chocolate syrup and fresh raspberries.
