Spatini Spaghetti Sauce Mix
This is made from all dried seasonings and flakes.
1 T. instant minced onion
1 T. cornstarch
1-1/2 t. salt
1 T. sugar
1 T. parsley flakes
2 t. green pepper flakes
1 t. celery flakes
1/4 t. minced instant garlic
1/2 t. oregano
1/4 t. Italian seasoning

Combine all the seasonings and flakes, then add
6oz can tomato paste
8oz can tomato sauce
2 cups of water
stir together until hot then simmer for 30 minutes
You may add 1/2 pound of cooked hamburg or cooked sausage

I usually just line up baggies and make several packages at a time then all I need to do is take one package and add the tomato products and meat.

White Sauce Mix

2 cups dried milk --

1 cup all purpose flour --

2 tsp salt --

1 cup butter, margarine, or oil

Combine dry milk, flour and salt. Mix well. With a pastry blender, cut

in butter, margarine or oil until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Put in

an airtight container, store in refrigerator and use within 2 months.

To make white sauce: combine 1/2 cup white sauce mix, 1 cup cool water,

cook over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly. Season as

desired, makes about 1-1/2 cups sauce.
