Venison Leftovers-ChadsAngel

Leftover Venision Steak or Roast

Onions or Small Green Onions

Butter

Hot Black Coffee

Salt and Pepper to taste

A Little Flour

Hot Biscuits

Refrigerate the leftover venision. In the morning, cut into bite size pieces. Chop some onions or small green onions using tops also. Melt some butter in a frying pan and saute the onions until tender. Add the diced venison and stir for a few minutes. Add a little hot coffee and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle a little flour very, very slowly, stirring constantly, until you get gravy the way you like it. Add more coffee in necessary. Serve over hot biscuits.
