Low Carb Lamb Parmesan - Genie 
4 servings

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
4 oz Olive oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Salt, to taste
1 tsp Ground Pepper, to taste

Mix all the ingredients together to make marinade. Set the lamb in the mixture.
Toss a bit to cover.

Let set for min 1 hour at room temp.

Grill for approx 20 min. Depends on grill or oven. Cook until internal temp is
170.

Italian Lamb Shoulder Chops Recipe

4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 4 lamb shoulder chops
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped fine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Mix all the seasoning ingredients. Place lamb chops in non-metal dish and pour marinade over the chops. Cover and refrigerate 2-24 hours.

Use moderate heat and broil or grill 4 inches from the source of heat for 5-6 minutes. Turn, brush with marinade and cook another 5-6 minutes.
