Iced Strawberry Tea 1 pint fresh strawberries 4 cups cold tea 1/3 cup sugar or artificial sweetener to taste (Equal) 1/4 cup lemon juice Ice cubes Puree strawberries in a blender; strain into a pitcher. Lowfat Strawberry Banana
1/2 cup fresh strawberries 1/2 medium banana 1 cup low fat milk 3 scoops nonfat vanilla ice cream
Mix together in blender until smooth. Makes a 12 oz drink. Serves 1

Chocolate-Banana Malt - 1 ripe small banana, cut up
1 cup chocolate fat free skim milk 1 cup vanilla low-fat ice cream 2 teaspoons instant malted milk powder - In a blender container combine banana, chocolate fat free skim milk, low-fat ice cream, and instant malted milk powder. Cover and blend until smooth.

Peachy Keen Shake - 1 (8-ounce) carton raspberry low-fat yogurt
1 cup frozen unsweetened peach slices 1 1/2 cups fat free skim or 1% lowfat milk 1 tablespoon honey or granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract - In a blender container combine yogurt, peaches and honey or sugar. Cover and blend until nearly smooth. Add fat free skim or 1% lowfat milk and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses; serve immediately.

FROZEN BANANA MILKSHAKE 1 lg. ripe firm banana 1 c. skim milk Non-calorie sweetener equal to 2 tbsp. sugar Dash of nutmeg Peel banana, slice into large chunks. Freeze. When frozen, combine in blender with 1 cup skim milk, non-calorie sweetener equal to 2 tablespoons sugar and dash of nutmeg. Blend just until mixture is thick and frosty. Serve immediately. Sparkling Punch 3 cups water 2 cups cranberry juice 1 can (6 ounce) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1 can (6 ounce) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 liters Sprite In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; mix until sugar is dissolved.
