Rosemary Oil
1/3 cup olive oil
2 fresh rosemary sprigs
1 teaspoon pepper
Bring all ingredients to a boil over high heat and cook stirring
occasionally 3 minutes. Remove from heat; cool. Discard rosemary sprigs.
Makes 1/3 cup.
