Turkey Club Pizza

1 Refrigerated Pizza Dough

2 teaspoon Sesame seeds

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Lemon zest

1 cup Shredded Jack cheese

1/2 tablespoon Basil

4 oz. Deli Sliced Turkey Meat

6 Slices Bacon - Cooked And Drained

1 Tomato - Thinly Sliced

1/2 cup Swiss Cheese - Shredded

Unroll pizza crust on pizza or cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 10 minutes at 425° F. degrees.

Mix mayo and lemon zest. Spread over crust. Top with remaining ingredients in order listed and bake 425° F. degrees for 7-9 minutes.

San Francisco Teriyaki Pizza



1 (12-inch) Italian bread shell

3 tbsp Teriyaki Baste N Glaze with Honey and Pineapple

1/2 medium red onion, sliced thinly

1/2 cup sliced red pepper

1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 fully cooked turkey sausages, thinly sliced



Place bread shell on pizza pan. Spread teriyaki sauce evenly over shell. Arrange onion and pepper slices over glaze; cover with 1 cup of cheese. Place sausage over cheese and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in 450 degrees F oven 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Hamburger Pizza Recipe

1 Sourdough Pizza Dough
½ pound ground turkey
3 tablespoons mayonnaise and ketchup mixed
sprinkling of thinly sliced red onion
2 Roma tomatoes thinly sliced
2 small dill pickles
¼ cup smoked cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella

Cook the ground turkey. Form the dough into the desired shape, slather with oil and cook untopped at 415°F for 5-7 minutes. Remove dough from the oven and apply the ketchup/mayo sauce. Add tomato, red onion, pickles, turkey and cheese. Bake at 415°F for 7-10 minutes or until cheese and crust start to brown. Remove from the oven and let sit for 2 minutes.

What better way to enjoy a summer day than with a hamburger pizza.
