1 cup mayonnaise, I always use Hellman's 1/4 cup Creole mustard or Dijon Mustard 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard 1 Tablespoon horseradish 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar 1 dash Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon water 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 Tablespoon green onions, sliced in 1/4" pieces 1 Tablespoon garlic, crush 1 teaspoon chopped green bell peppers (finely chopped) 1 teaspoon finely chopped celery 1 teaspoon finely chopped onions
You will find the Creole mustard in specialty supermarkets. I don't know what you have in the way of a specialty supermarket; but if I were you, I would use the Creole mustard rather than the Dijon. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly... preferably in a food processor and let it pulse.
