With Super Bowl coming up this is a GREAT dip to use! It has a real authentic "hot wing" taste and is easy!!!
Buffalo Wing Dip
2 (8 ounce) pkgs cream cheese 1 cup bottled ranch dressing 1 1/2 cups (about 3 stalks) sliced celery 3 ( 5 ounce) cans chicken, drained well 2 cups shredded Colby Jack, divided 2 (5 ounce) bottles Frank's original Red Hot Sauce, or your favorite brand Tortilla chips, crackers or slices of crusty bread for serving
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the cream cheese and ranch dressing in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently Until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in celery, chicken, 1 1/2 cups cheese and about 8 Ounces (1 1/2 bottles) hot sauce, or to taste. Pour into an ovenproof 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until bubbling hot. Serve warm.
