This was such a good dessert I made a pig out of myself eating it. This is a must try dessert. Michael

SNICKER BAR PIE

Crust:
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
Heat oven to 350. Combine ingredients and press into a buttered
glass pie pan and bake 5 minutes. Cook on rack.
Fudge Layer:
6 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter cut in pieces
4 ounces semisweet chocolate chopped
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate chopped
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 miniature Snickers bars
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into medium bowl. Combine butter
and chocolates in a double boiler and stir until melted and smooth.
Cool slightly then using an electric mixer beat sugar, egg and egg
yolk in a medium bowl until slightly thickened. Add vanilla and
cooled chocolate mixture and mix until well blended. Add dry
ingredients and mix until just combined. Pour into crust and bake 17
minutes then cool on rack for 10 minutes. Cut up snicker bars and
place on fudge layer.
Cream Cheese Layer:
10 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

With an electric mixer combine cheese and sugar then add egg and
vanilla and beat until smooth. Spread mixture over Snicker's and bake
for 15 minutes then cool on rack. Melt 2 ounce milk chocolate and 2
tbs. whipping cream to drizzle on top. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
