Home-made Chicken noodle soup
Put your chicken, some celery and celery leaves, some sliced carrots to boil until tender, debone chicken, cut into little pieces and return to broth.
Egg noodles---
put a mound (a couple cups or so) of flour in bowl, make a well and add a few eggs (I put in about 4) stir and make a lump of dough roll out as thin as you can, onto a well flowered board, adding extra flour as needed so it doesn't stick, let sit on board for awhile until it has dried a good bit (I find the longer it sits the easier it will not stick when unfloding the noodles), using flour all the while, just enough to work with the dough without sticking, after you have rolled it out as thin as you can manage then roll the dough like a "jelly roll" then cut into thin strips and let dangle over the simmering broth until the strips open up to be a long noodle, let simmer until tender.
You can add a can of peas if dessired
