Leftover Ham and Broccoli Casserole

1 8oz. pkg. medium noodles, cooked
1 1/2 cups cubed, cooked ham
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 10oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can French Fried Onion Rings

Preheat oven to 350.  Cook and drain noodles.  In medium bowl, combine noodles, and ham.

In medium saucepan, mix soup and milk.  Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.  Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.

Pour soup over noodles and ham.  Arrange broccoli on top in a spoke pattern.  Cover w/ foil and bake 20 minutes.  Remove foil and sprinkle shredded chesse and onion alternately between broccoli spears.  Don't cover broccoli.

Bake 5 min. or till cheese is melted.  Garnish center with pimento if desired.
