Pork Chop Casserole
4 center cut pork chops
oil
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1 small onion ( diced)
2 stalks diced celery
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1 can tomato soup
2 cans water
Brown chops in oil and place in casserole dish. Mix soup,water, onion, celery and green peppers together, add rice and stir.
Pour oven chops and covr. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees
