Orange-Honey Glazed Pork Loin
1 - 4lb. center pork loin roast
6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup honey
1/2 tsp. ginger
Roast pork loin for approx. 30-35 min. per pound at 325 degrees.
Heat juice, honey and ginger to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 3 minutes.
During the last hour of roasting, brush the pork every 15 minutes with the glaze. Serve any remaining glaze as a sauce.
