Fried Hominy

1/2 lb. bacon

1 or 2 large cans of white hominy, rinsed and drained

1/2 large onion, finely diced

Ground black pepper, to taste

Fry bacon crisp. Remove from pan and set aside

.

Drain most of the bacon grease out of the pan. Add hominy and onion to bacon

grease in pan.

Sauté until well heated. Crumble bacon and add to hominy.

Add pepper to taste and mix well. Serve hot.

Better make plenty...this one is yummy!
